Cider Week in Igartubeiti
The Igartubeiti Farmhouse Museum celebrates Cider Week annually, putting the press into operation and makes cider according to techniques used 500 years ago.
In October, the Igartubeiti beam press is put into operation following the traditional procedure from the 16th-century rural workers, giving visitors the chance to see this activity in person.
