In Txopinondo, the txotx experience is authentic, celebrated around long tables, where the sagarnoa (cider) is drunk accompanied with their famous steak, grilled on the coal fire in front of the guests.
Meals and dinners
In season (January – April): Meals and dinners, sitting in large tables (traditional way to eat in the cider house) and tasting cider in txotx style. Traditional cider house menu. Schedule: closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for meals and dinners and Sundays night. Open daily for meals and dinners during school holidays in France. Open every day for groups of more than 15 people.
Out of season (from May to December): Meals and dinners, tasting cider in txotx style or from the bottle. The menus and schedules are the same as in season.
